Should I purchase shipping insurance?
Purchasing Insurance is recommended. Effective 4/26/2006, we (One Crafty Mama) will not be financially responsible for lost shipments by the US Mail Service.  We ship all packages by USPS Priority Mail, this method allows you to get your order quick and cheap.  Priority Mail only provides delivery confirmation, it does not provide for order tracking.

When will my order ship?
Due to our excellent location in Utah, we are able to offer the entire product lines of  Making Memories, Lasting Impressions and Bo Bunny, and many Around the Block, Karen Foster, and Paper Loft Products. If we have your desired products on hand in our storeroom, we will ship them immediately by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). If items are not on hand, it may take an extra few days (up to 7-10 business days) to complete your order.  We strive to provide low shipping rates, excellent customer service, whole product lines and wonderful prices for our customers. Upon placing an order you will receive a confirmation email that will explain how to check your order status. Order status has three states: Pending, Processing, Shipped. You may log-in to your OneCraftyMama account and check the order status at anytime.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes.  We will ship to many countries outside of the USA.  When you register for an account there is a drop-down list of the countries we will ship to.  The shipping rate to these countries is a flat rate of $22.75 for orders that weigh one pound or less.  Please note: All orders greater than one pound may be subject to additional shipping charges.  Large items such as 12 x 12 paper, 12 x 12 albums, large lightboxes and runway totes and rollers, etc. are not available for international shipment without additional shipping costs (upon request).

What are your shipping charges?
A flat fee of $5.20 (USPS Priority Mail) will be added to every order less than one pound that is shipped within the United States. This fee may increase for heavier orders greater than one pound.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and e-check).  We also accept personal check, cashiers check, or money order. All personal checks will be held for a minimum of five working days, prior to shipment of product. See mailing address below.

Is your site safe and secure?
Yes, this is a secure site. Our payment processor (PayPal) uses the highest industry standards for financial transactions and data storage. We are IdAuthority verified to accept and process credit card transactions. All login and address information is stored on our secure server and all internet communications are protected by industry standard secure sockets layer encryption technology. You can feel confident in all respects when making a purchase from One Crafty Mama.

How do I place an order?
You may place your order using our secure online shopping cart. This is a secure and efficient method to make payment and you will immediately receive a receipt confirmation. If you would rather not order over the internet, we provide the following alternative: We accept check, cashiers check, or money order through the mail. All personal checks will be held for clearance a minimum of 5 days prior to shipping your product.

What about returns?
We accept returns on all products except books and software provided that the product is returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase date. You must email sales at One Crafty Mama to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). A full refund (excluding our shipping costs) will then be returned to you.
